Increase DHT levels??? couple questions

Ok quick question...well questions.

I know an increase in DHT levels will cause your hair to fall out, but does that increase(DHT), also contribute to the increase in body hair?

Would PROSCAR help to keep the body hair down?

big A told me in my post about body hair that proscar would help in keeping the body hair down. as for the dht question i don't know the answer, but we've got half the question answered.
