Increase Estrogen Levels in Female

Hey Fellows, Can anybody recommend something to increase estrogen levels in a female. My wife trains and worksout alot, but like with males, she needs something to increase her levels as well. Any advice? Thanks again

Depending on what "level" she want to improve, estrogen might not be the best to increase....

You wouldn't want to increase estrogen.. You'd want to DECREASE estrogen and INCREASE testosterone, same way as a guy would..

I think you need to do ALOT more research and reading before even considering giving your wife anything.

Agreed. Test does the same thing for females as it does for males. Same with estrogen. Post M women are often prescribed a low dose test patch or creme to offset their decline similiar to what HRT docs do for men. You definetely do not want to increase her estro levels though, it would be like having her on her period all the time. Fat gain, mood swings, hot flashes etc.

Maybe try an estro blocker and some DHEA, tribilus. I have no idea if this is safe for females as Im not a doc obviously. I can tell you that I know females that have take clomid, arimidex and such to combat water retention getting ready for a show and they are all fine.

my wife had some major adrenal gland fatigue last year (lots of major stress and events). She started taking 25mg DHEA per day and that did make her feel a lot better, brought back her sex drive, less irritable (thankfully), but she also does not work out.

She needs to do the research on her own and make her own decisions about all of this. You need to be neutral on the entire issue. Anything less is irresponsible.
