How should my cardio training differ if I'm only trying to increase endurance and do not want any weight loss? I'm an ectomorph and always neglect to do cardio fearing that I'll lose the weight that was so difficult for me to gain by doing so. Because of this my endurance has never been the best, but I'd like to start taking MMA classes in the future so I need to correct this. Also should cardio training be adjusted in any way for MMA compared to other sports requiring strong endurance? Thanks.
