First time I noticed it was when I was on vacation in New Orleans after 3 days of drinking i noticed i didn’t really drink any waterHolding water can be a sign of heart failure. It can also be a sign that you’re running deca. Without more info it’s impossible to tell. Likely just holding fluid because it’s hot and you’re not well hydrated
How long does the indentation stay in your shin when you press on it? Leaning up against something for a given period of time will leave an indention on your lower legs, simply pressing your finger into your skin should not. Even areas of your body that hold some water should be bouncy in their response to somthing like a finger push. So when you push on your shin the skin does not bounce immediately back it just stays fully indented?I’ve noticed that when I press a finger into my shin it leaves a indentation , on those days I notice that I havn’t drank a lot of water but also curious if it could be serious
