Injection into vein?

Although I always aspirate before injecting, just as I started giving myself a shot in the delt, I felt extremely tight in the chest and started coughing. Really bad cough, and extreme tightness in my chest for a good 1-2 minutes, before the feeling subsided and dissappeared completely. Never happened before. ANYONE ever experienced anything like this? Mix of Test E and EQ, 3cc shot.

No biggie. Happens often when some oil enters a vein and you expelled it through your lungs. Scares the hell out of you the first time it happens though.

It did scare the shit out of me! I like BIG A's response. NO BIGGIE! HA. I thought I was going to have a heart attack.
3cc's in delt. It's maybe a little much for some, and I rotate sites so often it's not a big deal. Maybe once every two weeks in same spot.

Happened to me...

I had this happen for the first time last week, I have seen posts on here before about it so I wasn't overly concerned, but it scared the hell out of my wife. I had gotten the tightness and light headedness (sp) before, but last week was the first time for the cough, that sucked real bad. I coughed enough that my abs were cramping...

I don't put 3cc in my delt, it was a quad shot.

QUADS... OUCH!! The funny thing was, I always aspirate, so I just don't see how I could have hit a vein.
Anyways, I rest easy now. hopefully the contents were not wasted...

OUCH??? I find the quads the easiest and least painful. Taking the time to put 3cc in my glutes usually ends up with me yelling for my wife to come finish the job cause I get an odd ass cramp. I've even started doing weird stretches just to try and be able to get to my glutes easier and without cramping...

one more thing

Forgot to mention, I have read that you can go through the vein with the dart, so when you aspirate it's clear, but something about the oil re-entering the nick'd vein while you are injecting. It made sense to me. Damn that coughing sucks...

This kind of information is why I am on this board! Thanks...
Coughing did suck, and scary. Did another shot today, and made extra sure to aspirate carefully!!!! no problems. sigh of relief!!!

injecting very slowly helps if this ever does happen.
