injection question. finna cough w out the finna??"hypothetical question"

why is it ,
completly hypotheticaly speaking, i put the needle in, asperate, see no blood, then i begin to push in the plunger, all of a sudden i fee the cough comming on, and my chest hurtts, i stop pull the needle out and blood trickles out of the injesction site. i thought when you asperate it tells you if you hit a vien. am i injecting into a vein? if so how do i know if im in a vien if asperating doesnt work, also could you die from injecting even a little iv? this happens kinda like a finna cough. my body gets hot and i feel like crap for about 10 min adn it goes away. i cough for 10-15 min,it doesnt happen a lot but it did the other night. is this the same thing thats happening when milos shot the synthol in his bicep? anyone who can shed some light on this and tell me how to avoid this please let me know. it kinda freaks me out.

I understand your anxiety, having ended up on the ground sucking for air after mainlining an ml of Tren acetate. A bad, bad, feeling ...working in the medical profession I should have known better...there is a reason they teach you to always aspirate in Med school!

Not sure that I can answer all parts of your question but will try.The blood when you pull out, even though you aspirated, is from small peripheral vessels that get damaged by the needle on the way in - this is no problem.

The cough could be that you are more sensitive than others to (a) short esters (b)the bb or ba in the shot or (c) You have nicked a nearby vein (d) The needle is moving when you inject.To circumvent or minimise these, I always do a couple of things.Obviously aspirate to make sure that I am not directly in a vein.Always insert the needle to the hub to prevent it moving backward or forward into a vein.Inject slowly.I also no longer warm the contents up before injection, no question that heating will change the viscosity and make it easier to go in through a smaller needle, put it also causes the alcohols etc to aromatise and be much more rapidly assimilated with possible cardiogenic and respiratory consequences.

Milos probably put MCT ( possibly lidocaine) straight into his cardio/pulmonary system , causing arrest... however this is just speculation on my part.However MCT is different from grapeseed oil etc - the carrier oils that we use for our meds are relatively benign if injected intravenously,so no real cause for concern there.In fact when people are given IV feedings during long hospital stays, it is standard practise to give 10cc's of oil/fat an hour IV, as part of their diet.

thanks for chiming in. nobody posted when i asked, so what your saying is even if i injected 1 1/2 c in my delt i might get a cough,wheeze, ect but im in no real danger as long as i asperate first? bro i appreciate your help, thank you so much i feel a lot better.
