Armageddon: a decisive conflict or battle between good and evil.
My undying hunger for food and the need to be lean. Well Leaness won out. My meals schedule as follows.
Meal 1
10 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbs flax seed oil
Meal 2
2 skinless Apples
Sandwhich:
8 oz Turkey
7 grain bread
.75 tbs mayo lite
3oz ff american cheese
Meal3
8oz tuna
3oz Brocolli
9oz sweet potato
1 cup unsweetend applesauce
Meal 4
14oz ff cottage cheese
7 oz ff vanilla yogurt
1 cup peas
.75 cup almonds
Meal5
7oz ground sirloin
1 whole wheat bun
2.5oz ff american cheese
6oz baked potato
1 tomato
Meal6
Protein Shake with flax seed oil
*A shake may be added to meal 4
Gear will be added after the first of the year! Been off almost 2 years now. I will take before and after photos and show how things turned out.
Thanks to this board and many other to help keep my head in the game after some time off. Armageddon has begun!
