Insulin 7 weeks out from contest

For the experienced insulin users whats ths the safe dosage of slin to run all the way up to my contest? Would 2-4iu's be good for low carb diets or what? thanks any help would be appreciated!! By the way i have took insulin several times while bulking up to 10-12iu's after training but, took in at least 100grams of carbs.

HOW are you wanting to run it?? everyday post workout for 7 weeks? if so i don't recommend it. if carb cycling then run it on your high carb days only.

Well yes thats the way i wanted to because i hear you can get shredded but, you have to take low dosages like 2-4 iu's post. But i may be missing something here thats why im asking. I just thought that would be a good way to transport protein, bcaa's, glutamine after training and just get in enough carbs. I'm already lean so dont think i will get fat. just want to stay full

then i suggest you leave the slin alone and have a couple of high carb days to fill out then hit the diet hard again then fill out then hit the diet hard again....THATS WHAT I RECOMMEND!

try.....

try glucophage if you wanna use less carbs. ive used it a few times and it fills you out but you dont hasve to worry about insulin shock. plus you dont have to tak in so many carbs. experiment w it as ive never used it pre contest before.

I have been using 5 to 6iu's after training with 50 grams of protein and oatmeal and seem to be doing fine and oatmeal blended in the protein shake which its about 25 carbs comming from oatmeal. I'm glad i dont need all that sugar!! But iam used to this.
