Why 15 mins EDGE.

I take my vitargo at loads of diferent times but alway withen 15-20min PWO and some times stright after I take slin PWO. Why 15 mins, I remember reading 10mins somewere.

As long as you take it within 15-20 your fine. I usually take it right after.
