I have been using gh at various doses for 7 months, and have run insulin sporatically throughout this time. I figured that i have a certain degree of insulin resistance by this time. Today I ate normally leading up to my afternoon workout. During my workout I drank my usual 70g dextrose with aminos. After I had 50g whey, but had a couple of things to do so I couldn't get my post w/o meal until 1 1/2 hours later. About 15 min before I could get to my food I started feeling very hypoglycemic. My question is, since my workout drink gave me an obvious spike in insulin then most likely caused my blood sugar to drop, wouldn't this be a sign of being very insulin sensitive? Or do I have my shit backwords?
