My wife has been taking Semaglutide from an online hormone clinic for about 3 months. She's not gone above 40 units a week which is not a big dose. It's definitely effective but did cause nausea and diarrhea essentially the whole time. She dropped about 25 lbs without doing anything else. It will most definitely reduce your appetite. Not a product for me but it's been effective for her.

So as far as peptides go I am just going to use GH in the coming months, as for losing this flab diet and the aide of cardarine and ostarine after a long and hard debate on either using DNP or using peptides I decided to use those two.

I have low test levels also so I will be using about 150-200mg of test enan every week and get blood work done to see if that dose suits me or if it needs to be tweaked up or down.
