Introduction

Hey everyone

I've been lurking on this site for a while, and I think I've posted here and there, but I figure it's time to get a little more active. I'm not sure what I can really give back given the level of expertise on this board, but I will do my best.

It's funny, I've been reading this site for so long, learning and getting inspired from all of the great members here, that I feel like I know some of you. I'm currently working with Shelby and he's got me in the best shape of my life; of course, that's not much given what a fat ass I've always been, but it's a milestone for me.

I'm toying with the idea of competing next year, just because I've been doing this for so long, it feels like something I should do, just once. I've got some serious work to do in anticipation of that, but that's ok...I like the hard work.

I figure I should probably thank everyone here for such a great board. I realize I've been selfishly taking from it and not contributing back...until now. So thanks and I look forward to posting a bit.
