Hey guys! It has been a while and have been back hitting the gym for a while Have started a prescribed program of Ipamorelin and have had some conflicting advice.

Is it better to take at night? Morning? Prior to training? Take multiple doses in one day or one large dose?

Figured you guys would be the best advice ... Thanks in advance

If your goal is to build muscle or lose fat then using it 3x or more per day would be the most beneficial.
Morning/post workout/pre bed it how i do it when trying to get bigger. Use it with cjc no dac. I use 100mcg of ipam each dose but the higher the dose the better the results.

Thanks, there are so many people taking it so many different ways, plus some people wait 30 minutes before eating anything after, some 2 hours as recommended. Using it just to stay firm, without putting on size.

Appreciate all feedback

I used to follow the empty stomach rule until I read the guys blood tests on here eating carbs then fats right before injection. His results showed that carbs/fats did not blunt the gh response. I haven't noticed any difference in results since I started pinning with food.

100mcg of Ipam is not enough, 200mcg -300mcg dosage, two or three times daily, start with the lower dose since side effects can include headaches or what feels like a head-rush; taking it about 30-45 minutes before a workout would seem ideal because of the pulse in Growth Hormone (GH) it creates allowing for maximum growth, then a 500 mcg right before bed. The only problem I find personally with it, is its lack stimulating my appetite. So Maybe I would 2 pins of a GHRP during the day before feeding, and one good dose of Ipamorelin before bed.
