Okay guys... The Ironman is this weekend. Who are your favorites? And who do you think will win?

I think it's between Troy Alves and Lee Priest. Watch for much improvement from Mark Dugdale and I think Toney Freeman is someone to watch for. A lot of good competitors... it will be interesting to see how Chris Cook does.

I would also say that Derik Farnsworth looks awesome from the pictures he has been posting online so watch out for him. He may be small but has ridiculous legs and a tiny, tiny waist. I'm also looking forward to the debut of Eryk Bui and to see whether or not Chris Cook can do anything as a pro. Oh and of course I want BigHeinz to do well. Hopefully he gets a fair shake and will get some call-outs because all you can really ask for is to be compared fairly. If they give him a shot who knows what can happen.

Overall thank God the 2006 season is here...man do I love bodybuilding.

It's really difficult to make the picks you know because so much can happen between now and showtime. Guys seems to be able to dial it in in the last few days and step on stage 100 times better than they looked in the pictures they posted online. It also happens a lot where guys look amazing and then the day of the show something goes wrong and they just don't come through. We can make predictions but let's be honest we really have no idea.

GUUAAUUU guys i preceate your words and your support!!!

I just arrive at 8 pm to the hotel Four Points today, i can tell i am in one of my best conditions write now (i hpe to get the fullness and mantain the hardness i been having the last days as you can see in http://spaces.msn.com/ironpeople/ and painted on stage, yes who knows what can happend....
I am happy as i says to be here and demostrate a good condition, but is coming the time to turn to the top 10, if is not this year is going to be next year, as Gustavo badell who was disqualified for many years in bad condition, know is almost the Mr. O.
For now i only want to the people know me in USA, and maybe get some small contract, pics etc... i am not asking to much, i have been working hard for 17 years, and i continue my battle looking at for my time, and i am closer...

Thanks again. I will do my best to not desapoint you.

Yeah man just remember how low Gustavo was placing only 1 or 2 years ago and now he's almost on top of the whole game. Just keep it up man and it won't be long before we start seeing 6 page Muscle-Tech "Ad-Reports" with you all over them.
