I am 23 and want to start to try and get big. Is this to late to achieve this??

Nope...start it up...read some of the articles in the article forum...then if you have any questions come back and ask

look up "growth principles for beginners" in the articles section

that is priceless.... i wish i read that when i was 16

I have ronnie colemans book and it says go 6 times a week, will I not grow this way

LOL of course 23 is NOT too old.

As was said before look up "growth principles for beginners" in the articles section.

Follow it starting NOW. You WILL grow.

MANY of us have wasted years shitting around looking at one magazine or anther trying to follow all the different programs.

So I will said it again look up "growth principles for beginners" in the articles section and FOLLOW IT!

A year from now you will be amazed how much different you look.

Or you could get subscriptions to 4 diff mags, go to 7 different bodybuilding boards and get COMPLETELY confused.

never too old

there is such thing as too young but i would not say too old. i started getting big at 23 and am 27 now and have never been healthier. you want to make sure that your body is fully developed before you start tampering with altering its hormones. go get em bro!

I started same age as you as well.

not too old at all bro, there are lots of solid hard working bro's and competitors who ahve done well and did not start until they were your age and some even older....go for it committ to it and when you have achieved your goal set new ones....you cna do it if you want it. M-

If you try to do what Ronnie does you will end up frustrated, overtrained and injured. That will be the end of your adventure. Go to the articles section and start reading. If I have to tell you this again I will send you to your room with no dinner. Now GO!

not for rinnie its not wrong...

you need to find whats right for you...

why start going to the gym 6days a week doing what a champion athelete does when you might get the same results off of 3-4 times per week.

ronnie and the other pros are the exception not the rule and would most likely grow no matter what they did...

how long do you guys think I should do the beginner programme before I should move onto a more advance one?
