Is 4 IU/day a good place to start?

Of course conflicting information everywhere. 42 year old ready to go on some GH was thinking 4iu daily for anti aging etc etc. currently rolling 500/week sus but want what left I can get before i get TOO damned old. So is this a good way to start? Very confused with conflicting info thanks!

I'd start a little lower.2ius and work up over a few months. when i went to 5ius my hands were extremely numb to the point of pain and would wake me up at night. I' 25yrs old and running mexis elitropin.

ive used 4ius recently ed (yellow tops) with no discomfort in the hands. Im a little older than you for whatever thats worth. You can try 4 and back down if thats not agreeing with you. I think it depends on the person.

What I knave always liked to do is to start off at like 2ius then work my way up to where I feel that I'm in a sweet spot..it has worked for me anyway 4ius is my sweet spot...

I think 2iu is a real good spot for most men to start with HGH.

I started with 2 i.u. and recently moved up to3 i.u. and i think 3 is my sweet spot for now. Maybe i will bump it up in the future but for now 3 is me. Plus GH is not a huge difference maker as far as looks are concerned (Unless you are doing a huge amount of it like 8 to 10 i.u.).

Yep. 4 IUS and my hand were numb all day long. It kinda hurt it was so numb. Want to also watch for water retention and high blood pressure.
