To answer your question, yes, it is worth it. problem with igf is most people expect immediate gains in mass which is not the way this peptide works. igf creates new cells which take months to mature. once these cells mature you will notice that you hold more mass than you could before. for instance i could normally hold 225-228 9-10% on maintenance cals. Now i can hold 230-235 on maintenance cals. the only difference is that i used igf lr3. keep in mind it took a AAS cycle and 6-9 months to realize this new potential.
