Could someone (me) who hasn't trained abs (isolation) in well over 5 years "shrink" there waist by adding in an ab day in there routine? I haven't trained them because to be honest I figured it was pointless if i wasn't at a low enough BF%. Also I have heard of people saying that it will make your waist thicker/bigger if you train abs. I am not by any means looking for a miracle here, but if you guys think attacking my abs with the intensity as every other muscle in my body will shrink/tighten my waist a little please let me know what you think. Thanks
