jan tana for competition

I would like to try jan tana products for my next bodybuilding contest. What is the best way to use these product? I think most of the others in this contest(Norway) will use dreamtan, so I sort of trying to make a difference.)

I'm wondering should I just by cometition tan or show tan and competition tan. Also is the posing gel neccesary ?

Any recommandings on the best way to use these products? Also how much will I need ? I'm 5 10" 200lbs -my skin is medium brown allreday from 3 weeks vacation.
