He acted like a baby the whole time he played for Denver. Hes extremely talented and very young. The only issue I see for him is that he does not have that true hunger and spirit you need to win the big games. I had big hopes for him in Denver, I hope he grows up in Chicago. If he does, hell be incredible.

I was kinda wondering that too. 25 is practically midway through his career!

P.s.- I didnt mind the pedigrew (or however you say his name) pick. Obviously detroit has a HORRENDOUS defense, but we WERE in need of a good TE and he can catch and more importantly, BLOCK! They took what they considered the best player available for a position they need. The problem is they NEED SO MUCH! I get upset when people think one draft is gonna change this team. Were in a different situation then miami. Its good take a SOLID 2 yrs before we really see any output from this draft, even if it is successfull. As long as our drafted players dont all bust out, we know itll be an improvement from the past 8 yrs drafting...sad but true :/

And here I actually think that he has a lot of fire and will to win. At least when I've seen him play I thought he was untra competative, espcecially in big ravalry games with San Diego.

But I'm not lookinf for them to make the playoffs this year. I think that is between Green Bay and Minnesota. But over the next 2-3 years Chicago could take some major steps forward.

LOL, I hope this is a joke Designbuilt and knows there's more than one Jay Cutler out there.

As far as the 25yr old 6'3" 215lb Cutler to the Bears, I feel it's a great move and a step in the right direction even he doesn't have the best receivers in the world to throw to right now. He has an absolute cannon and can make throws other QB's could only dream of.

245lb Tebow could bulk up to 300 quite easily, when he came to UF he was lifting w/ the lineman and bulked up to 270, then they backed him down, they say he's the 2nd or 3rd strongest player on the team, and UF has a great strength program, Harvin they said was benching 450, he's about 190#...

Tebow has a substantial height advantage though, as Cutler (the BB'er) is only 5'9" and weighs over 300 in the off-season and is still fairly lean by any standard. Tebow is solid and definitely a strong runner, so I am not surprised he is gym strong too.

Yeah, it was a joke at first, when I first read about it, I laughed to myself thinking, hell Jay Cutler is about my age (35) and if he would take up pro ball now.

I should call Mike Mcgrew. He was a kid who went to H.S. with me, he's unknown, because he didn't QB in College, he was on the line I think, but in HS he was a superstar, he started Before Donovan McNabb, who also went to my h.s.

Mike never really wanted to play football, in grammar school he was a standout, then in H.S. was on the varsity since freshman year and we won 4 straight state titles.

Donovan who was about a year or two younger then us didn't get to start at QB until we graduated. which was in 1992.

As far as the bears needing a QB, that's as self-evident as the shitty weather we're having.

Remember when they went to the Superbowl without one? Who did they have Grossman and I forgot the other guy, but he sucked too though.
