I had heard he may not do it, but when I went over to www.getbig.com and saw they had a contest for you to pick the top 12 in order Jay's name is not anywhere on the list. I bet he is waiting to see if Ronnie will retire this year.

A guy on another board talked to him at a guest posing, and he said he won't be doing it. I think he knows that until Ronnie steps down nobody will be able to win.

Maybe Jay doesn't want any media attention at all and has planned the whole time to do the Olympia ? could be doing an Arnold and putting a few mind games back into bodybuilding ? my conspiracy theory but then prob not

he thought the paycheck wasn't as appealing as for the Arnold Classic, plus the Ronnie factor, etc. and so he said fuck-it for now.

Read awhile back that he and Shawn Ray are not doing the O this year. Not sure why jay isn't, but ray said he's doing an internet/TV broadcast for some fitness channel. 2 contenders out, that sucks. There both fun to watch.

I e-mailed JAY and he said he is not doing the O. He is dedicating more time to one contest that pays the most.
