Phil heath Mr Olympia 2011
Damn he has nice biceps like
Dude was just muscle untop of muscle..forgot for a second how ridonk peak flex lewis was
Could be great but needs to do something with his abs. Either vacuum or crunch.
Brandon curry has an amazing upper body if his legs matched he would likely have won multiple titles. Still an underrated champ thoughA good front double needs biceps that peak, lats that flare, and a mid section that has V shape and/or deep cuts. Also, the guy needs to know how to pose.
Trying to be too artistic, or trying to do "too much" by thinking you can elongate your torso, puff up your rib cage, angle your arms, etc, to such a degree that you change your body, can ruin a physique. On the other hand, just lifting your arms and flexing your biceps, without in anyway spreading your lats or crunching/sucking your abs, can detract as well. Ronnie is a good example of a guy that did the latter... Dude just let his his stomach relax completely normal.
When Brandon Curry was in shape and crunched his abs, he looked great

That was my initial thought when picking him, his biceps look rock solidDamn he has nice biceps like
Victor Martinez
A little bit zesty with the hip angled to the side, lol. Phenomenal physique thoughKai had a pretty damn good front double
agree, though I think he would have hard time beating Shawn had he not been suspended. It was a perfect storm for him of hitting his stride with his best physique, combined with that vacuum of no reigning champ to overthrow.Brandon curry has an amazing upper body if his legs matched he would likely have won multiple titles. Definitely an uncrowned Mr O. Right there!
I love Nassers double bi also one of the best.
Nae dude never had enough mass on the back.Definitely an uncrowned Mr O. Right there!
First.. read my message one more time... where did i write that it wasent a good back exactly ?I feel like this is an overstated myth which gets parroted repeatedly. I mean how can you say this isn’t a good back? I am mean sure was Dorians back better? Yes of course but he has arguably the best back ever after Ronnie.
I mean sure you guys didn't use the same terminology but his point stands. How can you look at those photos and think, "Nae dude never had enough mass on the back". We must be looking through different lenses.First.. read my message one more time... where did i write that it wasent a good back exactly ?
Best Back ever after Ronnie ? no that i dont agree on at all.

He didnt have the mass to beat Yates ? no where did i state that his back wasent good ?I mean sure you guys didn't use the same terminology but his point stands. How can you look at those photos and think, "Nae dude never had enough mass on the back". We must be looking through different lenses.
You're playing semantics now. Did I say anything about Yates? Did I say, you didn't say it wasn't good? My point was pretty clear I thought, how can you look at any of those photos and say "Nae dude never had enough mass on the back". That's where I disagree. Nothing more, nothing less.He didnt have the mass to beat Yates ? no where did i state that his back wasent good ?
You dont find a big difference in stating someone lacks mass in the back vs someone doesnt have a good back ?
Im playing semantics ? he took my simple statement and turned it into something completely else.. there is in my world a big difference between someone lacking some mass on their back and someone having a bad back..You're playing semantics now.
