in this video jay states he hasnt trained in 2 months. chick openly says all the time he no longer juices anymore. now i know they dont look ready to be in flex, but i think they are huge for being off. bob retained a whole lota muscle, and jay for not training, and he is probably off so he can respond a lot better for the olympia, look great. ripped? no! but healthy and big and still leaner than most people will ever be. jays head even looks like it lost size. he actualy told me to my face he would rather be about 240 over 280 and is looking forward to dropping some of that wt. he doesnt like the way it feels to be that big.
so i guess all the pros dont shrink up post gear if they continue to train and eat......thats comfrorting to me, cause the day will come, when....no more gear. and it would be nice to keep some aof those gains like chic,:D

jay may not be training but, he might still be using.. i know another guy who does the same thing.. he stops training and drops the dose down but, he is still on even though he is not training.. i guess jay is the only one who realy knows and he aint talking lol..;)
 
He's probably jsut running 250-500mg of test per week and that is "off" to him. If he came off gear completely AND stopped training for two months, you would be able to tell the moment you saw him....would he be an ehtiopian? Hell no, but he would be noticeably smaller, which he really isn't in this video..
 
No offence, but you don't think Jay would shrink a lot if he went clean?? :D
 
It takes a lot more than 2 months too shrink, even when you are off. Specially if u are still eating good aomunt of protein.

yeah jay is probably on test gh and slin thats off to the big guys.lol
but i just watched his video jay to z....he is a lot smaller in the video i posted. like 40-50 lb smaller. the dvd is awesome and really shows his personality. he is goffy at times, shy, straight forward, and always nice. and dmn does he eat a lot!!!!!!
either way he is a lot smaller this year at this time so he must have dropped a lota things outa his stack, but im just speculating. i did see him one year at the new englands and he had won the arnold and said he hadnt been back in the gym for 8 weeks and he was about 270 and in a lot better condition than now. so i dont think its frm not training, i think its a reduction of pharmicuticals.

just because hes been off for 2 months doesnt mean much to be honest, it takes a good 6-8 months to get all of that out of your system, nonetheless im friends with some of jays close friends in vegas and jay stays off for around 4-5 months off or longer in the offseason unless hes doing more than one show hell stay off for not as long, from what ive heard he plays it smart with that, just going off what i hear

Jay may be smaller than usual, he still maintains himself in great shape with clear muscle definition.

Chick, on the other hand, looks just, well... horrible :eek: big, for sure, but fat and bloated. It's not so obvious on this vid as the image/lighting isn't of the highest quality, but some pics of him show it quite well. He's so swollen you cannot even distinguish his biceps from his triceps... much less his delts.

Being big like this is pretty easy... :rolleyes:
