if you do do that make sure to put a dumbell on the other end of the bar, once you get past 4 plates it'll fly up. i dont know why it didn't with him but it always has with me. i agree wth your attitude comment as well...Ivan said:Wow I liked how he did that movement with the bar -- he had his own version of doing the tbar...plates on one side, and none on the other...I met the guy and was not impressed with his attitude, but oh well...still a huge mofo...
