jay wins the austria pro grand prix agains ronnie and just a few hours ago he won the romanian grand prix against ronnie again!
it looks like ronnie's time or glory is over.
but now there is a new king, Jay!

True , but the goal of any Pro BB is not to see who can be on top the longest. It all about getting there...just once, everything else is just gravy.

I haven't seen the pics from today but yesterday Jay definitly looked better than Ronnie. Ruhl also looked a lot better than Ronnie IMO but we know they would never drop Big Ron below 2nd place.

steroids havent every once been proven to cause side effects. the only one ever PROVEN is that they work. if you like, i could find some articles and a very good tv eposode that proves this.
he has doctors watching him, he cycles, and most importantly, he uses steroids correctly.

That's a huge stretch. Ruhl will never have anywhere near the aesthetics Ronnie has, and on Ronnie's worst day, he destroys Ruhl, not just beats him.

If anyone has a chance of taking down Jay it will be a 100% Ronnie next year, or Gustavo Baddell, or Victor Martinez or anyone in the top 5. That's just not the case with Ronnie. Jay is the only one that could do it since he played the size game and caught Ronnie in 99.9% shape and not 100%. It's up to Ron to want to defeat him next year.

And for all of the Jay fans that are just eating this up, I'm very happy for you. But just remember this:

I don't know where you get your info from but you are sadly mistaken. Steroids affect many different organs negatively. Heart, kidney, liver, etc.. This comment is just plain stupid. And this is coming from someone that is definitely pro-steroid so don't pull that card. Don't be naive.

Even if this statement were true, being almost 300lbs is very hard on the body whether youre 3% bf or 45% bf.

Jay will not be beating if he sticks to his new dietitian's diet all year round. His dietitian is one of the best in the business. Didn't look like his old dietitian was doing much for him. I guess once the other competitors get a hold of Jays new guy they will to be growing like weeds. Can't wait to see next years show
