Alves has been WAY underrated his entire career................he's gonna be the most symmetrical, fullest, pleasing physique onstage after viewing that lineup.................another guy I feel is much better than Silvio!!

Hopefully he hits the stage ripped and gets his just due by the judges.

I like Troy. He lives in the same city as I do and I get to talk to him every now and then. You won't find a nicer guy. However, his glutes and hamstrings are a problem and have been. It's what the judges seem to judge him on. They expect the fullness and lines he has but when he isn't hard from the back they really mark him down, from my point of view that is. Now I'm not an IFBB judge but that is what it seems like.

Silvio is freaky. His conditioning is retarded not mention every muscle on that guy is so round looking. Phil Heath has that same thing going on and it just makes the whole physique pop. You are born with that and it is a true gift. Now someone like Mark Dugdale, when he is really dry, looks insane too. The year he got 2nd to Toney Freeman he look fantastic.

This year will be a great show. Much better than people are expecting.
