Is there anything out there aside from the usual suspects of supplements that is new within the last 2 or 3 years to help with joint problems? I injured them years ago working out without stretching and now they just hurt all the time. not sure if it's arthritis or what... but If I do anything that involves shoulders with over 15 or 20 reps, they KILL. it's not the muscle, but the joint. Lateral raises (ouch), bench, over-head presses...
