After low carb day (300) and cardio plus busy at work weight 99.3. Today was pull day , looking very forward to utilise all those carbs today. Just started anavar. 50 mg with preworkout meal and it was nice boost for performance.
 
Weight 99,6 looking really good now.

Test going from 0.3 sust to 0,4 sust day. I want to slowly build up my dosages. Every 4 weeks I will bump by 10 units.
 
Var kicked in - nice strength gains and scale showed 101.7 kg.
 
Weight 102.5
Felt heavy during morning cardio. Two more weeks of anavar. Whatever the weight I will see on a scale I will stay for a lot of months. Will give body time to adjust as I really dont see a point cutting as still have veins on a lower abdominal.
 
On a cruise weight 98.3 this is condition after few weeks of bulk. Def bigger and leaner then previous weight.

My body responded much better then i was thinking. No need to cut anymore. Mind that I am on sust no ai and flat as pancake on around 100 gram of carbs low fat for weeks without any single carb up. But the job is done and except insomnia which happened only twice on my days off i think i did manage pretty well.

Plan for the next few months
Today is my last primo shot , dropping var - no need anything that mess lipids, used it only for 4 weeks but job is done.
Test 500 mg 1iu hgh and syntheselen. Nothing else and beeing much more focused on diet and training then on gear. I am no mass monster so 500 mg best muscle builder is more then enough for me if everything else is on point. Still training only 3 days per week. Kiss
 
Getting leaner day by day. Today i will carb up first time since few weeks as I am flat as fuk
