Ok...well here we go again!
After almost 3 years of getting my life and family back in order and finally getting back getting back to normal I started training again in 2014.(started training in 87).But in sept.I fell off a ladder at work..I had surgery oct.1.They reattached my quad tendon and repaired my quad.My first surgery/injury ever.
The last couple weeks have been messed up with car issues and weather,but prior I had bren back training for 10 weeks and my legs for 4 weeks..
I havent been onstage since 08 and my goal is to get back up there in Nov.My first goal is to be around 10% bf and around 260ish by august..if I can do that,i will move forward witj a full on contest prep.
I have made alot of changes in the last few weeks,but I wont bore you with all that..
I will be following a carb rotation for my nutrition and,training 5 days a week.training is a powerbuilding routine..think DC/mountaindog/powerlifting.
I weighed 257 this am..
Here is what I did today:
Chest:
Incline bb:
315 for 7.
Hammer strength flat:
4 sets of 12..3 plates and a 25
Pec dec:
3 sets of 12..190
Dips:
3 sets of 10..bodyweight
First day back in 2 weeks..
Medium carb day.
