What's up man, thanks for the follow! Honestly, I don't do a whole these days. Most of the time, I'm focusing on my online coaching business (Link is in my signature) and I love to take a leisurely walk outside my condo, where there's a huge park by the bay...I'm in Miami.

As far as recovery goes, I'm a huge believer in cold therapy..whether it be cold plunge or cryo..deep tissue massage...IV vitamin therapy...compression leg therapy (NORMATEC). off days should be meant to relax and recover.
Do you have any good recommendation on some one in Miami that does deep tissue massages?

honestly no bro, i was a lazy shit in Miami until I started going to Miami Iron gym, which made me want to bodybuild again. best bbing gym in the world Actually I think they do have a deep tissue guy. call them and see

ive beeen there bro. they might have the best equipment but you've been to Miami iro right? I like old schools Iron has sharp containers in the bathroom, gh and slin the fridge. people just pop the stuff right there Cubans don't a fucik MIG is by far the most conducive gym to bodybbuiding and I've been all over Golds gy venice, Quads Chicago, Armgbrust in Colorado. A hidden gym that a lot new don't know abut is USA GYM in Bridgeview close to Chicago. I'm not talk these hunky doory gyms man. GO to MIG, do any work with Jesus, the black guy. you be near death.. Best I've ever been to.

actually felt great today, got good sleep. Hit legs and 60 cardio. food is 275 pro, 336 carb, no direct sources of fat on training days.

here's the workout, this is leg workout number 1 of the week

**seated leg curls - 4 x 15/15/15/15

**abductors - 4 x 15/15/15/15

**leg press - 4 x 12/10/8/6 last set double drop set

**smith machine bulgarian split squats - 3 x 10/10/10

**leg extensions - 3 x 20 reps

Would end with like 80mg of halo. That seems quite high have you ran it that high before? I felt a perpetual cloud of anger at like 20-30mg 😅
 
i know. hence why I said Im trying out the JM ...john meadows approach.. he would start at 10mg 8 weeks and increase by ten each week. And yes dude I've been bodybuilding 20 years I've taken a ton of shit. Nah I've always felt fine on halo. tren is only one that makes me aggressive aggressive and a few other things not to be mentioned here.
