Food, no high days, 5 medium days 336 cards, 2 days off training are low days 224 carbs. I only change the carb amount. very simple
Cardio increased to 45 am / 45 pm. Im moving places right by the local Crunch here..literally a minute walk so makes it hella convenient.

- ADDED HALO 10MG, INCREASE 10MG EACH WEEK THROUGH SHOW
- ADDED 2 LOW DAYS ON OFF DAYS FROM TRAINING
- CARDIO INCREASED TO 45 MIN FASTED / 45 MIN POST
