abs workout
I try to work then about 4-5x's a week. I start with the exercise ball,then lower abs and some planks. I do about 4-5 different types of lower ab exercises(scissor kicks 4 sets of 15,frog style leg raises 4 sets of 25, regular leg raises 4 sets of 20, and roman chair leg raises alt. sides 3-4 sets of 15.
