I just got back from Basic Training for the US Army, but in a whole different way. I just completed my first trail as a Drill Sergeant. Spent the past 8 weeks at FT Knox, Kentucky. It was a whole diffrent world being on the other side of the fence. I remember when I went throught BCT and how much I hated my Drill Sergeant. To watch these citizens transform before your eyes into United States Soliders is incredible and even more knowing that you had a direct reflection as to there transformation is even more incredible. I lost about 15 pounds during the 8 weeks, due too all the long days and running, and not being able to make it to the gym on a constant basis, im ready to bulk back up and get back into some good old hard core heavy lifting again...here is a couple pics to show where im currently at...
