I'm 214 and was going to use 100mcg of each, morning and night. Another dose on training days immediately pwo. From what I've read, those are saturation doses of each and the best bang for buck dosages.
Now doses would be around 5am, 5pm and right before bed around 10:30, which most threads seem to say as long as it's atleast 4 hours apart. Meals should be about 25 minutes prior to a shot, and I read that the night time shot can follow a meal as long as the shot is very close to falling asleep, instead of a meal after the shot
Pre and Post workout meals should be strictly protein and low carbs/fats for gh use?
Now using these 2, I can't stay on without taking a break relatively long, right?
