hey guys just got back from the kentucky muscle in Louisville ky, I had a great time and got to meet muslcedoc and mental1. mental1 competed in the show and got second place to the overall winner of the show mark ridder. I got to talk to mental1 this morning as we both were in the hotel gym doing an hour of cardio this morning...LOL (man joey that hour went by fast talking to you man... thanks ) anyway I had a booth there for ON/ABB and big Steve Kuclo was aslo there and mike liberatore. Brent the promoter of the show asked steve and me and mike to guest pose a lil at the night show. Mike turned it down saying he didn't want to show off the goods yet but Steve was game and i decided to join him. so here are a couple of shots of me and steve..(sorry they are kinda dark).

Mental 1

What class was Mental1 in? is he getting ready for nationals too? its good to hear that Mark Ritter is back on stage...he has done very well at the jr level in the npc..winning his class at the collegiate nationals, jr USAs and Jr. nationals..what class was he in ? I bet that he is getting ready for nationals...Mark helped me out with precontest diets..several years back

I believe they were both middleweights, mark got 1st in the class and mental1 got 2nd in the class. then ritter went on to win the overall! and yes mental1 and ritter both will meet again in Atlanta in less than 2 weeks ( revenge time joey!!!!)
