Genetics.

genetics and extremely good results from gear.. some people just blow up just looking at gear.. he has always responded well to this process (diet/training/gear) hope he sticks with it.. looking SO much better
 
really cool to see Kevin posting his progress--no way his arms are 19 inches, but nice transformation indeed
 
thats not even genetics. he is the only human that can do that that fast!

discipline in diet is a big one that hasn't been mentioned.


kevin was eating one meal a day for years, and then went back to a strict bodybuilding diet.
 
look at how he used to take half the year off and then get back in the gym and grow into the OLYMPIA! this man has always proven to be a freak!!! i dont know why anyone is suprised by his results....id like to see him back on stage again....he would be tough to beat if he could regain his former physique....
 
his triceps seem small. they were his stand out part but don't seem that prominent anymore.

ok.. well when he was competing his transformation from off to on season was just insane so i wouldnt be surprised even if hes natural now if he goes that route again eventually
 
I think hes full of shit concerning Nutrition...

I mean people have been asking him what hes been eating for those 3 weeks and What kind of Nutrition he was following for his Olympia Preparation...

He doesnt seem to want to anwers and Try to Evict from it...

It would be great if he could list the food he was eating for his olympia... Since that would give a pretty good idea.

i dont think it makes a difference what he eats with those genetics as long as he gets enough fats protein and carbs fiber veggies and fruits
 
I've been watching this and follow him in Twitter.
I really think it is great he his taking us along with him on this journey.

I think if he does his honest best he could hit 250 without gear.

True. For sure I would expect less fullness, less roundness.
I personally got within about 10lbs of my gear weight when clean for years, but my shoulders, upper chest, and traps were much flatter. This was true for much of my friends too. I think naturally the body really doesn't want to carry muscle there.
