I don't know why people think that he'd still be big-going from one extreme to the other.
All or nothing for him.
Kevin did that a lot during his career, he'd look like another person for several months after the shows...and only train for 3-4 months.
Probably why he escaped with his health, and he looks damn good now too. HEALTHY.
