Ok guys , I had my ACL & medial meniscus surgery on July 24 2007 and i have been going to physical therapy 3 times a week since then well I'm back to walking without my crutches and doing well I would say I'm around 65% back but the problem is I'm off on workers comp and next week I see the doc again and he might send me back to work, which blows cuz that means walking on cement floors for 8 hrs and trying to do my job in under a min. before the next truck gets to my job station . The question I have is would it be a good move to take some deca around 300mg per wk to help the knee out cuz in the past deca would cause some water retension , would this help or hurt the knee ? plus my knee is still popping and cracking would the extra water help? Thanks guys
