Cerberus are insane, so thick and tight, just a heads up to anyone else, their sizes are ridiculous. I am not a big guy by this boards standards and I wore a 3XI use Cerberus sleeves, the best IMO, and for very heavy squats I have some Inzers.
These are what i use and the only elbow sleeve i recommend. Ive been using same pair for 8 years and all i do is throw it i the wash machine and they look brand new.
That’s a very good point that I forgot to mention. The sleeves were shipping next day on Amazon, and I’d receive them and wrong size, order another, until by the end of the week I had 5 sets of sleeves and finally had the right size. Returned all the others. Worth it, but might take some trial and error to find your size.Cerberus are insane, so thick and tight, just a heads up to anyone else, their sizes are ridiculous. I wear Stoic right now, and I love them. Perfect blend of support and comfort, and extremely high quality, but not insanely tight / hard to get on, maneuver in like SBD. Also the price point for what you get is best imo. I would recommend Stoic or Iron Rebel to anyone
If I remember right you had lots of elbow problems right? Did those denim sleeves help over regular elbow sleeves?Original Rehband from early 2000s still doing the trick. I got those gnarly part denim elbow sleeves from slingshot. Difficult to get on. But the fit is snug and I feel safe in them.
I have 3 of them. I started using them after I tore 2 of my rotators on one shoulder and had bad instability. I was able to press and dip with them. Haven’t used thrmI use the Cerberus 9mm Extreme knee sleeves and they are a god send.
Just need to find something for my shoulder now !!
