You are right .. Randa is very pretty...but she is not in shape ...that is what she is doing on PM ...she wants to improve ...and that is what the OP wants his new found interest to do ..try to improve ...and yes I applaude Randa for her journey

90% of us all in here have 1000 times better shapes than the people outside of this community, even at the gyms because we use drugs...

it's just we have this disease that makes us not satisfied with the way we look... that's why we took drugs in the first place,
