hey guys quick question to the board, i was wondering what you guys recommend for a guy like me with lagging triceps? what should i do to bring them up a bit?
thing is i just realized today at the gym that i they are always tight when i work them out, even when i stretch them, and that they fatigue very quickly. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
