Large Lump in Delts

I've done a number of differing cycles with my delts always being included in the rotation of injections. I've never had any problems with delt injections at all, but during my last cycle I would end up having a a swollen lump in the lowest extremity of my mid delts for about a week after the injection. I was injecting 1.5 cc of Test E from 1" 25 g & my delts have taken more than that before without any problem. I also am confident that these are not recurring abscesses because I'm vary particular about sterility as I've exerienced a couple of nasty infections years ago. Visually, and also by touch, it seems that the oil seems to accumulate at the bottom of my delts due to gravity, but that seems extremely strange. Anyone have any experience or answers for this problem?

Could be a mild inflammatory response to the injection. It can happen once in a while. Also if you hit a nerve it will cause that part of the muscle to contract or spasm. I have had this for a day or two after delt shot. As long as it goes away don't worry too much about it. try a different site to avoid scar tissue build up!
