Hey guys, iv been apart of pm for years i dont really post alot at all but i read so much and learn alot. but the reason why im making this thread is because im from illinois and i am moving to Las Vegas 2mrw. so if theres anyone who needs a gym partner in that area him me up post or pm me thanks guys

whatever you do, stay away from lifetime fitness and 24. Golds or LVAC would be your best bet. Golds is good most anytime of the day and LVAC is early morning/lunch and after 8 or 9pm

You'll love it there! My favorite place to train is at Gold's las vegas. Both the one where jay trains and the one in henderson are awesome! I don't live there but visit frequently.

As mentioned, Golds and LVAC are the way to go. Yak's Fitness is a cool new gym as well.

careful of the all you can eat sushi places, they don't get too happy when you eat 15 orders of sushi each for 24.99
