few questions for ya,
1)when my specified rep range is say 5 am I wanting to be failing at 5 or have a little left,
2) I am changing exercises every workout right?
3) intesity is at the highest possible for the whole workout, after warm up it is all go time,
so far so good man, feels good, any other review points are preshiated, and Phil no need for penis pump suggestions, I got that one down, lol, thanks guys
