Well after looking at big lats pics over the course of the year and noticing how under-developed mine are, i'm asking for help.

what exercises do you believe have contrbiuted to you're lat growth?

currently i'm doing deadlifts, and bent-over rows but not seeing that much success. a little i guess (i know it doesn't happen over night too). but i feel like i'm missing something. could it be pull ups?
 
Pullups everyday or every chance you get will make them grow. The wider grip the better. Get you a pullup bar for your house and do them to failure every chance you get and I guarantee theyll grow. The exercises you mentioned are best for back thickness, not width.

Wide grip weighted pullups, hammerstrength lat pulldown, neutral grip weighted pullups, all restpaused 25-30 rep range. every workout weight or reps MUST be increased. ahh screw it just start training DC...lol

X2...also wide grip lat pulls and neutral grip pull downs if its wide enough...
Go wide, to get wide.
 
Wide grip pull ups are the key. I usually warm up with pull ups anytinme I work upper body just to get that quick pump
 
the best for me

for width of back i start with either dumbell or cable rows which work wonderful and feels great when you squeeze it. Then i do neutral grip lat pulldowns, bent over rows and wide grip cable rows. My back feels great the next day and like klowndog said lots and lots of pull ups...if you can lift yourself well and for several reps you can get better form and use more weight with proper form...Hope that helps
