Well after looking at big lats pics over the course of the year and noticing how under-developed mine are, i'm asking for help.
what exercises do you believe have contrbiuted to you're lat growth?
currently i'm doing deadlifts, and bent-over rows but not seeing that much success. a little i guess (i know it doesn't happen over night too). but i feel like i'm missing something. could it be pull ups?
