Life after a complete thyroidectomy

Had 2 separate ops in December and January to remove my thyroid after what was initially viewed as a "benign growth". Now in the clear and living with thyroid hormone replacement meds (thyroxine) 175mcg per day.

Can I get some advice in regards to possible future cycles and current things to look out for with nutrition

I had my thyroid removed in 2007 because of cancer. It was the worst thing that I have ever had to deal with. I would do anything to have a working thyroid again.

I am hot, all the time; yet at the same time, I get pretty tired easily.

Find a doctor that will let you get blood test every 1-3 months. I have to deal with a doctor who is so busy I only get to go twice a year. I now get my own blood test through privatemdlabs and adjust my medication myself.

Any type of fat burner, and most stimulants, won't work. I haven't had any trouble with any AAS.

You obviously live in the US. Bad health system from what I've heard. Luckily for me things in Australia are a bit better in that regard. I'm still getting doses adjusted at the moment. I don't ware out so easily, so far.
Good to hear you don't have issues on cycle. How many have you done since your op and what dose are you at now.
