I remember the best way to use from what I remember is,
-Shoot small amounts
-Always shoot pre-cardio and pre-workout
-Mark your injection sites, because you don't want to be uneven. Don't shoot into each 1 of your 6 pack muscles, they are two big. You basically have to make a grid on your stomach, 4 area's per each 1 of the 6 pack muscles so to say.
I beleive to you have to massage like hell after to disperse it, similar to synthol. I may be 100% wrong, but i remember looking into it.. just didn't no it was possible to get anymore. I would love to try this stuff, no clue where its found though.
