Liver aids while using orals

Synthergine helped lower all my liver values
even at a half dose a day

Best thing I've seen too improve liver values. I bought some for a recovering alcoholic friend of mine and his numbers improved dramatically. His doctor actually couldn't believe his improvements.

Synthergine is probably the best option.

In my experience TUDCA also works well, but it definitely gave me some gastrointestinal issues. I know it wasn't the oral, because I even dropped the oral and stayed on the TUDCA and still felt distress until dropping the TUDCA. I was taking 500mg TUDCA per day with 50mg of anavar/day.

My favourite liver protectors are synthergine and liv-52 (DS). I always use synthergine when on orals.

I saw where Bostin Loyd said Ox Bile caps were recommended to him by an old time pro to counter
nausea and appetite loss from orals and Bostin said
it works well. I remember Tom Platz saying he used it
too, in an article maybe 25 years ago. My question is
do you guys notice this type of effect from TUDCA?

I use Ox bile but not through the day so I shouldn't really comment. I have heard it's good for the reasons you posted. I do use it with my liver in mind. But the main reason I use it is to help break down dietary fat.

Well I am no expert on Ox Bile brands as I have only used one. But when ordering there were 2 brands that seemed popular and received good reviews. I went with Nutricology's Ox Bile 500mg. They do the job and I have tasted the inside of the cap so I know it's the real deal (tastes horrible).

The idea behind the ox bile is because when the liver is under pressure hte bile ducts get clogged and you lack bile in your stomach to brake down fat etc and that is part of the cause orals give stomach issues.
