So, if you want a nice 6-8hr time released protien so you can stay anabolic while sleeping whats the difference in using a casien or time released protien like Probolic, v.s. just using a simple whey with a few tbsp of olive oil or pb? Wouldnt the fat slow the whey down to the same level as the casien or other longer acting protiens?
