Thanks guys! Still at the hospital. We go home on saturday, we had to do an emergency cesarian section but everything ended up fine. Looking forward to the challenges ahead. What better way to prepare for fatherhood; years and years of thankless hard and often painful work, than 23 years bodybuilding
