My wife just purchased one from e-bay. $134.00! It's a Pentium 4. Came with xp and wireless hookup already installed. It's used, but in great condition. My 15 year is enjoying it as I type.


We upgraded to the Pentium 4 for $40.00 and payed $20.00 for shipping. Total cost around $190.00.

You get what you pay for bro, I repair computers on the side and see alot of HP & ACER computers, they have to much support software on them that just slow the computer down, plus they come with norton 360 which i think is just garbage, my friend purchased a HP laptop from bestbuy about four months ago and the harddrive stopped working already, its under warranty but 4 months, come on, toshiba or sony i would suggest for a good laptop, a mac if your rich, they only have 1 or 2 viruses reported in the world, i have a toshiba laptop for years know with vista, just run a good reg cleaner once a week (regcure and or ccleaner) and a good firewall & antivirus (trendmicro) you will have no problems. lol bros

If you are going to get a used laptop, look around for an XP Pro disk + retail license too. You'll be glad you did. Don't use manufacturer restore/repair disks.

hey bro, i might sell my black macbook.. i'm planning on buying the new macbook pro, i'll let you know soon on if i decide to buy another one or not. i'll give u a good deal... its in almost perfect condition, i put a case on it the day i bought it and havent taken it off yet.
